  • We offer managed print services. Although we don’t print everything in-house, we have partnerships with high quality print shops and can make sure your print work is executed at the best quality possible. We print a lot of stuff for a lot of clients; this means printing via iSiaga would probably be cheaper too.
  • How do I get iSiaga to print for me?
  • All you have to do is send us an email or a disk with your ready-to-print files. We will then email you a summary of your print request with a recommendation for your print materials (e.g. paper type, weight, etc.) and finishing (e.g. laminating, binding, etc.). Once you confirm the project, we will begin designing immediately.
  • How long does the process take?
  • Our design process takes 3-10 days depending on the size and complexity of the project. We can also deliver rush projects at a premium charge.
  • What do I need to prepare?
  • Not included in our print costs are design revisions and layout changes. Your files must be ready to print and our team will help create a print layout (e.g. adding bleed, rasterizing, etc.). We offer assistance to prepare these items at an additional cost if needed.
  • Do I need a proof print?
  • We implement internal quality control protocols when managing print projects. However if you have strict color management policies, we recommend that you pay a small fee to get a proof print before placing your order. Proof prints can also be delivered to your location.
  • What if I don’t like the print quality made by iSiaga?
  • If the quality of our prints is far different from our proof print, we will provide a free reprint or a cash refund on your order. Reprints and refunds are valid only for clients who pre-approved proof prints. Claims for orders without proof prints cannot be processed.
